We were thrilled to see this article on the TYR website about our 2013 keynote speaker, Rachel Stratton-Mills. It was inspiring to hear Rachel speak on her experiences around gender and coaching.  Rachel was one of only three female coaches to put a swimmer on the 2012 U.S. Olympic  team.
