From her use of appropriate social media, to entries, swimconnection, and using technology in race and practice analysis. She will share her secrets to making technology work for you.|

|9:30 – 11:00 AM||Aedra Ho: The benefits of yoga and how to integrate it into your age group programs. Many teams reserve Yoga and specialized Dryland for their older swimmers, but Aedra will talk about how to engage younger athletes as well as lead our coaches through a typical practice aimed at addressing and improving those areas that typically affect our swimmers.|
