Aedra Ho

Aedra has a background in cognitive psychology, and has her B.A. from UCSC where she focused on studying the connections between the mind and body. She has been teaching yoga for over five years and takes a functional approach to movement. Her yoga classes combine many different movement styles to create a well-rounded practice. Outside of yoga, Aedra stays active by rock climbing, dancing, hiking, swimming, and hula hooping.
